Nhằm tạo điều kiện giúp Anh/Chị phân phối viên phát triển thị trường, mở rộng hệ thống tại các tỉnh, thành phố trên cả nước thông qua việc tổ chức các chương trình hội thảo về sản phẩm, cơ hội kinh doanh, công ty TNHH Synergy Việt Nam thông báo:
QUY TRÌNH ĐĂNG KÝ TỔ CHỨC HỘI THẢO
Khi có nhu cầu tổ chức hội thảo về sản phẩm, cơ hội kinh doanh Synergy tại các tỉnh, thành phố trên cả nước và cần các giấy tờ liên quan (giấy phép bán hàng đa cấp, giấy chứng nhận sản phẩm, giấy giới thiệu…) để làm việc với các cơ quan hữu trách như: Sở Y tế, Sở công thương…Thành viên thực hiện theo quy trình sau:
1. Thông báo tối thiểu trước 01 (một) tuần về thời gian/ địa điểm tổ chức/ số lượng người dự kiến tham dự/ nội dung của buổi hội thảo…cho bộ phận phát triển kinh doanh-công ty Synergy Việt Nam. Hình thức thông báo:

2. Sau khi tiếp nhận thông tin, chậm nhất sau 01 (một) ngày, bộ phận phát triển kinh doanh sẽ thông báo ngày/ giờ cụ thể để thành viên có thể đến văn phòng nhận bộ giấy tờ pháp lý của công ty bao gồm:
- Giấy phép kinh doanh đa cấp (công chứng)
- Giấy chứng nhận sản phẩm Chlorophyll Plus – Mistica – Proargi-9 Plus (công chứng)
- Giấy giới thiệu (theo mẫu có đóng dấu công ty)
3. Trong trường hợp thành viên ở tỉnh xa không thể tới văn phòng, công ty sẽ cấp bộ giấy tờ pháp lý cho tuyến trên hoặc người đứng đầu các hệ thống.
4. Thành viên nhận bộ giấy tờ pháp lý của công ty phải ký biên nhận và cam kết sử dụng đúng mục đích.

SEMINAR ORGANIZING REGISTRATION PROCESS
When wishing to organize workshops on Synergy’s product and business opportunity in the provinces and needed the relevant document (MLM license, product certification, letter of introduction ...) to work with other concerned agencies such as Department of Health, Department of Industrial and Commercial ... Members shall comply with the following:
1. Report to Business Development Department at least one weeks about the time / venue / number of people expected to attend / content of the seminar ... Report by:

2. After receiving information, at least after one day, business development department will announce the specific date / time to the members so they can come to the office and receive the legal papers of the company include:
- Multi-level business license (notarized)
- Certificate of Product Plus Chlorophyll - Mistica - Proargi-9 Plus (notarized)
- A letter of introduction (with company stamp)
3. In the case of members in the province cannot come to the office, the company will provide legal documents for their upline or the head of the system.
4. Members received the legal papers of the company must sign a receipt and a commitment to use its intended purpose.
